How to Be a Great Next Level Pro Affiliate

This is in no way a substitute for legal counsel. You may still get in trouble if you do not do your due diligence. These are general guidelines only to help communicate ethical affiliate practices.

Affiliate Program Guidelines

1) Using Testimonials + Disclaimers

Any testimonials must have a disclaimer warning that the success they're hearing about doesn't guarantee their own success. You also must have express permission from the person giving the testimonial, and it is against our TOS to solicit our customers for testimonials.

2) Giving Bonuses

If you want to give out bonuses to anyone who signs up using your affiliate link, you must clearly state what the pre-requisites are for the free gift. It should be clear they are signing up for Next Level Pro at $197/mo or $1970/year in order to receive the bonus.

3) Claims

Any monetary claims must be backed up by evidence, as well as a disclaimer that just because you got those results, it doesn't automatically mean they will.

For example, "*Your results will vary based on your effort, education, and market factors beyond our control."

4) Affiliate Funnels + Links

Many platforms, such as the various social media platforms, will not allow you to directly post an affiliate link. You should send them to a page on your site first that let's them know more about you and your business first.

(Note: we can help with this by adding funnels into your account!)

You also must disclose that you are an affiliate when sending people to you Next Level Pro affiliate link.

5) Trademarked Terms + Advertising

You may not create pages, ads, or designs that make it seem like you are Next Level Pro. It should be clear that you are not acting on behalf of Next Level Pro. It must be stated that you are an affiliate, and you may not use our trademarks unless you're using materials that we've provided for you in the affiliate area.

Bidding on our trademarked terms, "Next Level Pro" or "NextLevelPro" will be immediate grounds for removal from the Next Level Pro affiliate program.
